Service Department at West Coast Toyota

I avoid most dealerships. First time at West Coast. Very friendly. Fast service. Excellent facility. I trust them to take care of my vehicle, to make appropriate recommendations and maintain OEM standards. Excellent dealership and staff.

As far as the basic service I went in for all was well. But I really don’t like when yall hit me with 5 items all over $350 a piece to have service before you even start the work I came in for. Otherwise it was fine.

West Coast Toyota service department is amazing. Booking the appointment was easy and convenient. Their service people are always friendly and keep me in the loop regarding their progress. It was a pleasure taking my car there, knowing I can trust them.

I took my car to West Coast Toyota for my air condition, and there were other things wrong that was fixed. And I was so pleased with the work done on my car. I was also given a rental for a week , which was so helpful. Everything is done and I am very, very happy to have gotten my baby back. I really want to thank Jeorge for being there and helping me like you did. A very satisfied customer.

It went well. 2 hours as expected wait time. Video indicated all was done. I had to initiate contact with advisor 30 minutes later asking if I was done because she didn’t. Then, she continued to inform me that I needed brakes and tires. Asking if I wanted the work done that day. Told her I had an appointment and was unable to stay any longer. Not my usual great experience!
