Discount Tire & Service Centers Long Beach

Caesar and the rest of the crew at this Discount Tires location were awesome. I came in on a busy Sunday expecting to wait a long time and the team was efficient and communicative with great customer service. Couldn’t recommend them enough - especially in such a central location in Long Beach. Plus, you can wait at Good Time coffee across the street or grab food at any of the great spots in the same parking lot. Will be coming back.

experience was ok. had an appointment and the service was prompt. Personnel courteous but impersonal. The tires, well, they were supposed to be new, (blackhawk 195/65) but they do not look new at all. Faded like they have been n storage for years. They look dirty, and low quality. I am not sure they are old, because the threads look ok. But they certainly do NOT look new! anyway. fotos below In addition, none of the promos advertised upon making appointment and buying them, i.e., tickets, 100 bucks discount, and more, were not honored. at any rate, i am not sure i recommend this place. cheap though, but are u gonna be happy?!!

The staff at Discount Tire was friendly overall. I had an appointment for an oil change and to have a tire serviced. While the service took a bit longer than expected, everything seemed to be going fine until the oil change was completed. When I went out to start my vehicle, it hesitated and didn’t start properly. Once it did start, it was running strangely. Cesar happened to be outside at the time, bringing out the oil change reminder sticker. He noticed something was off and sent Julian over to take a look. I explained that my car was running perfectly fine before the service. He agreed. Julian was very kind, respectful, and tried to help. I explained my concerns, and he seemed genuinely…

Had them replace four tires and set my alignment. Super helpful quick and efficient. These guys are awesome. Jeff helped me out and gave me a great price for all the work, stayed in communication the whole time. Five stars all the way.

Just had new tires installed on my Corvette, along with alignment and balancing, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Huge shoutout to Alexander, who handled everything with professionalism and care. He walked me through the process, made sure the setup was dialed in perfectly, and treated my car like his own. The ride is incredibly smooth now, and the handling feels sharp and precise—especially when cornering or at higher speeds. No vibrations, perfect alignment, and overall top-notch service. If you're looking for someone who really knows their stuff, ask for Alexander. Highly recommend.
