Long Beach MINI Service Department

Always attentive to my car’s needs. Joshua is awesome! Purchase the extended warranty. It is WORTH IT!

Great service representative. Joshua did a great job keeping me up to date on the service of my mini countryman.

Look for Brian in the service. Came here to replace my cooper rear left tire. Beat the all the prices from online tire shop and other dealership. He is the man!! 10 Stars... Knowledgeable for entire mini line ups and even recommend good place to eat lunch. Thank you!!

I came in to Long Beach BMW and Mini dealership I had an appointment for a diagnostic test at 8 o’clock my Mini Cooper Countryman was making a noise when I was backing up turning the steering and some others thing so they offer me a shuttle to take me home because he was going to be for a few hours Sergio the driver was nice . my service advisor was Miguel Rivera i see why he is a advisor he is understanding and listen to what I needed to get my car back and running perfect he offered me a loaner but I did not really wanted to get one . so he kept in touch with me and what was happening with my car and what was needed and what was going to be fixed to make my car running perfectly. It too…

My husband and I decided to choose this dealership because of the reviews and it's in our backyard, Long Beach. The experience was Excellent and we would like to personally thank the Manager Paymon and Sales Associate Edwin for closing the deal for us. They were very professional and accommodating . Do believe the reviews this dealership takes Pride in satisfying its customers... Thank you again... 2016 Mini Cooper Countryman...
