Miller's Wheel Alignment and Brake Service

I don’t usually write reviews but after this experience, it just has to be said. I appreciate them for taking my car in with short notice but that’s as much as I’ll give them. They charged me $300 for diagnostics and then tried to charge me upwards to $700 to CHARGE my hybrid battery - even with that it didn’t guarantee that my car would be fixed. I got at the shop at exactly 8 am ℹ spent the day waiting on the repair and by half day the mechanic went for lonch and I keep asking. For status and the always have something to say and no body was working on my car and I was the first person when they opened. They don deserve a tip before was good but not anymore. They made the wheels straight with the alignment but didnt do what I requested them to do before doing the wheel alignment. To even out the tie rods. So now I can only turn one side more then the other

In my opinion they overcharge and do poor quality work just look at all the 1 star reviews. They didn't even check their work I still had issues that I had to fix myself cause I would never let them touch my car again! Only went here due to other shops recommendation and for convenience sake, would never go back!!! I learned an expensive lesson, don't be like me!
