Brakenetic

Great service got rotors and brake for my 2024 bmw x4 and after installation no sound. Love the look too thank you Will.

Excellent Customer Service! Took my order at 630pm. I have used their products for years, and not one issue. Top Quality and hand Crafted with love. A+

Zero customer service, impossible to start a warranty claim. - bought 2x drilled rotors in July 2022 - installed w/ fresh pads and initiated rotor/pad bed in process - rotors cause severe shaking when braking above 50mph - attempted to contact brakenetic by phone, email - no replies - after several phone calls over a 2 week period, finally get a hold of someone - employee tells me brakenetic has almost no staff and they’re not capable of processing warranty claims - unable to get warranty claim started, no response/ignored by brakenetic - I’m out $342.38USD - AVOID THIS COMPANY, very negative experience

Poor customer service if you experience problems with the order. Charging for returns, and are deceiving the customer lying about specs. Absolutely do not recommend making any deals with them over the phone or eBay store.

I ordered high carbon metal rotors, they came in through the mail well packaged.
