Zero customer service, impossible to start a warranty claim. - bought 2x drilled rotors in July 2022 - installed w/ fresh pads and initiated rotor/pad bed in process - rotors cause severe shaking when braking above 50mph - attempted to contact brakenetic by phone, email - no replies - after several phone calls over a 2 week period, finally get a hold of someone - employee tells me brakenetic has …
Poor customer service if you experience problems with the order. Charging for returns, and are deceiving the customer lying about specs. Absolutely do not recommend making any deals with them over the phone or eBay store.
I ordered high carbon metal rotors, they came in through the mail well packaged.
