I was so excited to have a repaired Jeep screen until I wasn’t able to use it due to it being locked with anti-theft. The company also quit responding. I was going to give them my core for a core charge to refurbish and resell but that will no longer happen. I am pretty unhappy with how this transaction turned out and am hoping for some sort of reimbursement, considering it was $500. Good thing I didn’t send my original screen to them for repairs. Submitted a complaint with the BBB, still waiting to hear but going through a certified Jeep dealership now for a screen. Not recommended for any business. *** Avoid this company *** Received a refurbished climate control unit with broken buttons. My phone calls were never answered and there is no voicemail. I sent multiple emails, never received a response. I thought I would give them some time, but 8 months later, still nothing and I'm out $300. I've used German Audio Tech before with good results, but never again after this. Awful way to do business.

My BMW e39 instrument cluster needed pixel repair (badly). German Audio Tech fixed it quickly, and made the unit work and look like new. I highly recommend their service.

I purchased the repair service for my BMW C33 radio which was not repaired. The CD player interface which does not work was not even checked. I validated the failed repair by slaving in another radio. I now have 6 unreturned emails with no response. Their guarantee and customer service are non-existent. I even offered to ship the radio back at my expense for second attempt for repair; which was ignored.

This is a warning. Do not do business with these incompetent people. I had to dispute to get my money back. The seller sent a fake screen and refused to accept a return without me paying for shipping. He also wouldn’t respond to me until I made a negative review. He asked me to remove the review, I removed it and he stopped responding. This guy is a classic scammer. Check my photos for the junk I received from them.
