Joe spent three days scanning, diagnosing, and researching my Mercedes van problem. The two faults were complicating each other. He figured it all out. Very reasonable.

Joe came out yesterday to replace my PCM and to program it. I had reached out to him the day before and I really appreciate him coming to my home to do the installation and programming. He checked thoroughly to try to find out if it was another problem and we didn't actually need the PCM. It turned out the PCM did have to be replaced. I appreciate the time and effort that Joe put in trying to make sure everything was done correctly. I feel he is extremely thorough and knowledgeable in his field of expertise. I would highly recommend him to my family and friends and others. Thank you Joe for your time and efforts to meet my needs. I again thank you for coming to my house yesterda…

I looked up computer programming places and found they have great reviews so I gave them a call. Joe was very helpful giving me recommendations that would save me money over the phone rather than having me come and just make profit. I own a business myself and I believe this is great customer service. You might make a quick profit now and lose a potential customer later, or make a good recommendation and have a customer for life.
