I worked with this company and all I got for it was a $637 and zero resolution. I called them after we had a plumbing issue on our second floor. They were no big hurry to get me someone. I called Monday and they sent me Marvin on Tuesday. Marvin ran his little moisture detector across our ceiling and second story bathroom floor, took some measurements, never gave me a quote for equipment (that's my bad for continuing this circus) but I did have two people drop off two dehumidifiers within an hour. 24 hours later (Wednesday) I am told that I will have a technician come out to check the progress of the dehumidifiers.
