DO NOT RENT FROM THEM specifically from Elizabeth or any property that Esmeralda is the supervisor for. By far the worst property management company I've ever dealt with. I lived at 1141 Pine and it was kept in terrible condition. There were dead bugs all over the building even though they charge you every month for bug spraying. They took forever to respond to any maintenance request, at one point allowing someone's dog's feces to sit in the hallway for over a day before I ended up cleaning it up myself. They installed new button locked door handles, (not on my apartment, only on new ones they were renting out), and when they would install them, they left all the metal shavin…
