Kiersten Lewis’s approach to massage is quite intuitive! She can figure out what the problem is and starts working on it. She is a good listener and will customize the session to accommodate whatever the issues are with the muscles, nerves and connective tissue. She knows when to go deep into the muscles and when to release. After the session is completed I don’t feel overly sore or worn out.
